SJMC’s Dr Alex Tang talks about interventional radiology (IR), an alternative, minimally-evasive, quick-recovery cancer treatment, that also helps cut the length and cost of hospitalisation. SJMC is the first hospital in Malaysia to have a dedicated comprehensive Vascular and Interventional Radiology (VIR) lab.
