Essential Emeril: Favorite Recipes and Hard-Won Wisdom From My Life in the Kitchen, and revealed some facts about himself that we had no idea!
Like, how his trademarked “BAMM!” came from, and how he had turned down a scholarship for music to go to cooking school instead.
And we all know Heather B is a great cook, so she whipped up a fried snapper, rice and peas, and special seasoning — and Emeril loved it! So did Sway and Tracy, lol.
