Vanessa Lachey has made strides in her career -- from being a host on MTV's TRL with Sway, and Entertainment Tonight, to being a model and named Miss Teen USA in '98. Now this superstar is an actress, and stopped by Sway in the Morning to talk about it.

Truth Be Told is a new sitcom airing every Friday at 8:30pm on NBC, and Mrs. Lachey tells us it wasn't a quick and easy transition from hosting to acting. But she did her research, trained and was embraced in the acting world.

On the flip side, her husband, and 98 Degrees singing heart-throb, has transitioned into hosting! And Vanessa opens up about giving advice to her hubby. From how to hold to mic, to his cadence and delivery.
