Another Bachelor couple bites the dust! Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell have officially split.
According to People magazine, the former couple made a statement saying “It is with heavy hearts that we announce our decision to go our separate ways… We feel fortunate for the time we had together, and will remain friends with much love and respect for one another. We wish nothing but the best for each other, and ask for your support and understanding at this time.”
And Lauren didn’t just lose a fiancée, it turns out the 29-year-old is expected to return her $95,000 dollar Neil Lane engagement ring to ABC.
According to E Online it’s a 4.25-carat, platinum square-cut and halo-style dazzler that is the biggest engagement ring yet on the hit show.
But we’re sure Lauren wouldn’t want to keep something that’ll just remind her the Bachelor-formula of finding love on television doesn’t seem to work. After all, there’s plenty of footage from the show that’ll be around forever.
We wonder if JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers or Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi are now feeling the pinch?
