Mining brings Chile city riches -- and fear of cancer

Long known as a production hub in the world's biggest miner of copper, the city of Antofagasta has earned a darker distinction as Chile's cancer capital. Now residents are concerned about the tiny particles of heavy metals that make up a dark powder hanging in the air around them, and the effects they could have down the line.
