The Budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature began on a tumultuous note as the Opposition parties created a ruckus during Governor Ram Naik’s address to the House on Wednesday. Unable to complete his address running into an unprecedented 152 pages -- on account of the din and disorder, Mr. Naik read the opening and the concluding paragraphs from the document before leaving.,The BJP had abstained from the House during the Governor’s address in protest against what it called the “objectionable conduct” of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohammad Azam Khan towards the Governor.
