On Thursday afternoon, the New Yorker tweeted its next week's cover titled 'Ejected' and the subject matter intersects two of the most talked about stories lately - the firing of former FBI Director James Comey and airline incidents involving passengers.

The New Yorker tweeted its next week's cover titled 'Ejected' on Thursday and the subject matter intersects two of the most talked about stories lately - the firing of former FBI Director James Comey and airline incidents involving passengers.
The visual, which looks very similar to a recent incident in which a passenger on United was forcibly removed, depicts Comey being dragged by Attorney General Jeff Sessions while the pilot, depicted as President Trump, watches from behind.
Apparently drawing comparisons to the United passenger's experience, you can even see a bit of blood coming out of Comey's nose in the illustration.
Numerous reactions followed on Twitter shortly after it was posted, including: "perfect! since sessions was behind this" and "Fast forward 2 more weeks and the subjects will be reversed!"
Another said, "Expect a huge Twitter-Tantrum when Trump sees this!!!"
One tweet attempted to summarize the responses, "this is both the best and worst new yorker cover."
