US-Backed Militia Says Tabqa 'Completely Liberated' From Islamic State

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces said on May 10 that they had “completely” liberated Tabqa city and the nearby dam from Islamic State.Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently, the anti-IS activist media group in the region, said on the same day that IS fighters had withdrawn from the city.This video was shared by a Kurdish outlet and is described as showing celebrations in the city.
