Nicki Minaj took to Twitter to offer dozens of her fans to help pay for their college tuition and cover student loans. The rapper offered to pay more than $20,000 student loans after one of her fans tweeted asking for her help. Six minutes later, Minaj replied offering to set up a contest under one circumstance -- straight A's.
