International Cricket Council (ICC)President Mustafa Kamal has resigned from his post. He was miffed over being snubbed during the presentation ceremony at World Cup Final. According to the constitution of the ICC, the president has to give away the trophy. At that time, however Kamal had rejected all speculations of quitting. But his public outburst didn't go down well with ICC bosses.
