Virat Kohli led Team India want to defend Champions Trophy, says Anil Kumble. The national team coach Anil Kumble has reportedly told the BCCI that their differences between the ICC on finances should not hamper the Indian team’s participation in the Champions Trophy. According to a report, Kumble had conveyed to BCCI that the Virat Kohli-led team is keen on defending its Champions Trophy title. The tournament begins on 1 June in England and India are the defending champions, as they won it in the year 2013.The BCCI is expected to take a final decision on India’s participation at the tournament at its special general body meeting on 7th of May in New Delhi.
