VK Singh Defends Himself On "Presstitute"

Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh has clarified its controversial comment on media calling it 'Presstitutes'. He tried to come out by stating that word had no link with the term `prostitute`. TRAI has reduced roaming charges by 23 % and messaging rates by 75%. lower call rates will be effective from 1st may.
