The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted interim bail of 10 days to Balwan Khokhar, one of the three convicts serving life term in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, on medical grounds and to attend his son's marriage. Khokhar said in his bail plea that his son's marriage is scheduled to take place on April 30. The bench granted him bail on the basis of a medical report submitted by Tihar jail authorities pursuant to the court's earlier directions.
