In what could be said as a major facepalm moment for the Indigo airlines, they were trolled by a passenger who lost his baggage to the airlines carrier and then thanked the troller. The incident happened with Roshan Agarwal who was traveling to Calcutta, his luggage was sent to Hyderabad.
