PM Modi hits out to Congress, says they are not able to digest defeat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday renewed his attack on the Congress-led UPA government and said 'extra-constitutional authorities were really wielding power in UPA. Countering Rahul Gandhi's jibe of 'suit-boot ki sarkar , Prime Minster Narendra Modi told PTI in an interview that Congress has not been able to digest its crushing defeat in Lok Sabha polls.
