Tobacco company to Tony Gwynn's family: Dangers were obvious

In response to Tony Gwynn family's wrongful death lawsuit, the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company says the dangers of their product were \u0022open and obvious\u0022 and that Gwynn was properly warned. Gwynn died of salivary gland cancer in 2014.
