AAP in trouble as Tomar and Bharti faces serious legal charges

While the ministry of home affairs is keeping a close eye on the ongoing investigations on former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar in connection with his alleged fake BSc degree, the Delhi Police is probing the possibility of an organised racket behind the controversy. While Tomar resigned as law minister on Wednesday night after he was arrested on charges of possessing fake degrees, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Bharti, who held the law portfolio in the first AAP government, was today accused by his wife of domestic violence. This has added to Delhi BJP’s ammunition against AAP.
