AAP workers manhandled Kota Deupty Mayor, arrested

A group of AAP workers allegedly misbehaved with and manhandled the Kota Deputy Mayor, leading to the arrest of 10 persons here over the episode last evening, police said. Additional Superintendent of Police Shantanu Kumar said, "On the basis of the report filed by Deputy Mayor Sunita Vyas and her driver Amar Singh, several AAP workers have been booked at Kishorepura police station." Ms Vyas, has claimed that around 20 to 25 persons who were donning the distinctive AAP caps stopped her car when she was heading home from her office at around 5:30 pm last evening. Ms Vyas also alleged that the AAP workers scuffled with police personnel after they reached the spot.
