PM Modi visited Bihar today to kick start the poll campaign and the battle for the power in Bihar has finally begun. As PM Modi and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar shared the stage, the latter took a dig on Modi on black issue and his promises still pending towards Bihar. Nitish Kumar's speech was loaded with sarcasm. He launched number of schemes including the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana.
