Dog owners to pay fees to Municipal Council in Kerala

Now, the Muvattupuzha Muncipal council has imposed a fee for the pet dog owners within the muncipal area. The dog owners have to pay an amount of Rs 300 to the municipality. Kerala govt is being criticized all over the world for killing stray dogs, Kerala municipal council comes up with a new rule for dog owners. Meanwhile rubbishing all such culling allegations Kerala Tourism Minister AP Anil Kumar today said only the rabid dogs which pose danger to people would be eliminated.
