Former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda on Monday moved application in a special court asking them to summon former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an accused in a coal scam case. Koda is also an accused in the case, and Manmohan Singh was then holding the portfolio of the Coal Ministry. the court has fixed August 28 for scrutiny of documents supplied to the accused by CBI along with its charge sheet.
