Rahul Gandhi in US, is it a sabbatical again?

Not just our prime minister Narendra Modi but congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has also gone to US for a trip. Is this another sabbatical by rahul or not is still unclear. Some reports says he has gone to attend a conference of global leaders while some has quoted congress spokesperson as saying that he is on a short personal visit.
