Harish Rawat : Cow killers have no right to live in India

Congress leader Harish Rawat is the one to join the league of those protesting against cow slaughtering. Uttarakhand Chief Minister has said that people who slaughter cows have "no right to live in the country". During a function in Haridwar he said "Anyone who kills cows, no matter which community he belongs to, is India's biggest enemy and has no right to live in the country."
