'Mirage city' appears in the sky in southern China

Footage has emerged of what has been called a "mirage city" appearing in the sky above Jieyang, Guangdong Province in China on April 21.
It hasn't been proven whether the video was fake, no eye witnesses or other pictures were found to exist, leaving a lot of doubt about the veracity of the footage.
A similar phenomenon was reported in the same area in 2015.
