A Delhi court said on Tuesday Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will have to appear before it on December 19 to face allegations of financial irregularities, granting them temporary relief in a case that triggered an uproar in Parliament, potentially derailing legislative agenda. There are four other accused in the case Suman Dubey, Moti Lal Vohra, Oscar Fernandez and Sam Pitroda.
