Man offers finger at Tirupati Temple, as Gandhis gets bail in Herald Case

A man has claimed that he chopped off his left hand's little finger and offered it at Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh as a token of gratitude after Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were granted bail in the National Herald case.
