'David Cameron is Dead' announces radio presenter by mistake

A radio presenter in UK mistakenly announced death of Prime Minister David Cameron instead of musical icon David Bowie. "David Cameron has died," she said, before quickly realising her mistake. PM Cameron himself tweeted about the musical icon after his death.
