President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh, SC to hear Congress's plea today

President Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday night green singnalled the Union Cabinet's decision to bring Arunachal Pradesh under central rule. The Supreme Court will hear the Congress' plea challenging the Cabinet decision on January 27.
