David Headley reveals 2 attempts made to attack Mumbai before 26/11

David Headley began testifying this morning in a Mumbai court via video link from an undisclosed location in the US. The US national who is serving a 35-year jail sentence in that country is one of the main conspirators in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. He admitted that he visited India 8 times prior to 26/11 attacks.
