IPL 10: Rohit Sharma fined for arguing with umpire in MI vs RPS match. MI skipper Rohit Sharma has been fined for his on-field argument with umpire S Ravi during their game against RSP in Wankhede Stadium. Rohit “was fined 50% of his match fee for showing dissent at an Umpire’s decision during his team’s IPL 2017 match against the RSP at the Wankhede Stadium,” said the IPL media release. “Mr Sharma admitted to the Level 1 offence 2.1.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials. This is Mr Sharma’s second Level 1 offence this season,”. “For Level 1 breaches of the IPL Code of Conduct, the Match Referee’s decision is final and binding,” concluded the statement.
