PM Modi attacks Congress with Rajiv Gandhi quotes in Lok Sabha speech

While addressing the Lok Sabha today prime minister Narendra Modi today took a dig at the opposition parties saying that parliament is not allowed to function because of Opposition's inferiority complex. He invoked former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and said, "House is a place where debates are to take place, but if boundaries are maintained during a debate then it is fruitful. This is not something I am saying, this has been said by former PM Rajiv Gandhi."
