Odd Even phase 2 begins today, What's new & what's unchanged; know here

The second phase of odd even rule begins today for 15 days in Delhi. Around, 2000 traffic personnel, 580 enforcement officials and over 5,000 civil defence volunteers have been deployed by the Delhi govt on the roads of the national capital. Just like before, this rule does not apply for Sundays. Women and parents driving children to school are exempted from this rule. VIPs, two-wheelers, emergency vehicles have also been given exemption.
