Indian liquor baron Vijay Mallya, who is accused of owing Indian banks over 9000 crore rupees is said to have his name on the UK electoral roll. UK media has claimed that Vijay Mallya is on the UK electoral roll, as his country home in Britain has been listed as his official address. He has been living at a three-storey mansion called Ladywalk.
