External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who was admitted to the AIIMS in the national capital on Monday night with fever and chest congestion, is likely to be discharged on Wednesday. Swaraj was scheduled to address the senior official's meeting on Tuesday of the Heart of Asia Istanbul Process.
