Kings XI Punjab batsman Glenn Maxwell got hit on his hand twice during their practice session on Saturday. But as per the reports, Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson has revealed that he was "fired up" after being dropped by KXIP during the IPL 9 and "hit" team-mate Glenn Maxwell during a "net" session.
