Electricity minister Piyush Goyal today held a press conference to talk about BJP's recent landslide victory in Assam and Modi government's achievement. But look at the irony even the electricity minister had to face power cut in his press conference. To much embarrassment of the minister, the power went off not once but twice. The conference hall remained in darkness for 133 seconds.
