BJP leader and former IPS officer Kiran Bedi was seen touching feet of Congress MLA at Puducherry oath ceremony. The Congress MLA touched her feet to seek her blessings and she did the same. Bedi was quick to stop her in the act, advised her to not indulge in such actions and later reciprocated the act as a mark of respect. Watch video here.
