Bihar toppers of class 12 fails in re-examination, results cancelled | Oneindia News

Hajipur toppers Saurabh and Rahul Kumar has failed in the re-examination. The two toppers of Bihar - Arts topper Ruby Rai and Science topper Saurabh Shreshtha were exposed by a TV channel sting operation after they failed to answer even basic things related to their subjects. Topper Ruby Rai failed to appear in re-test due to ‘health reasons’.
