Michael Moore Expects Trump Voters To Have 'Buyer's Remorse'

Filmmaker Michael Moore recently predicted that many Trump voters will experience ‘buyer's remorse,’ and said that could prove to be a big opportunity for the right progressive candidate.
During an appearance on NPR’s ‘Indivisible,’ he urged listeners, “Do not give up on your fellow Americans. Many of them who voted for Trump will end up doing the right thing."
They, according to Moore, include those in rural areas who voted for the current president on the belief that he would fix economic matters.
The documentary filmmaker notes that Trump's efforts to right the situation thus far are little more than a slew of executive orders signed to lend the appearance that “he's doing what he said he was going to do."
Moore said a good part of his theory is based on conversations he’s had with actual disheartened Trump supporters who said the leader they ended up with, “is not the person they elected.”
When it comes to predicting voter behavior, Moore does have a rather impressive track record. He was among the few who foresaw Trump’s win, a glimpse into the future that was informed by his understanding of what so many Americans really want.
That’s not to say it was a vision Moore either enjoyed sharing or has, since it’s come to pass, made peace with. Weeks before the inauguration, he warned via Facebook that, “Donald Trump Is Gonna Get Us Killed,” due to the then president-elect’s apparent lack of interest in getting up to speed on matters of national security.
In more recent times, he has called for the Trump’s impeachment, and even arrest, in connection to matters involving Russia.
