China : Explosion at power plant kills 21 people, injures 5 | Oneindia News

A explosion has taken place in a power plant in China, killing 21 people and injuring five people. The blast occurred in a steam pipe and the injured have been rushed to hospital. According to reports officials rushed to the site to oversee rescue efforts and the cause of the explosion was being investigated.
