Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA from Maharashtra was caught on camera slapping a deputy collector. Suresh Lad, a legislator from Karjat reportedly slapped deputy collector Abhay Kalgudkar after a disagreement over the compensation.The incident took place on last Thursday during a meeting called by Kalgudkar to settle disputes about land acquisition for an oil pipeline.
