Rajnath Singh approves use of PAVA shells in Kashmir | Oneindia News

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has approved the use of chilli filled PAVA shells at Jammu and Kashmir. The decision comes a day before the all party delegation led by Singh is to visit J&K. After there was a hue and cry over the use of pellet guns the home ministry had formed a committee to study and suggest an alternative. The committee had suggested the use of the chilli filled PAVA shells.
