Typhoon Glenda / Rammasun hits Makati, Philippines

This was the situation in Legazpi Village, Makati, on July 16, 8am, as Typhoon Rammasun / Glenda hit Metro Manila with wind gusts of up to 250 kilometres per hour. This was taken on Salcedo corner Aguirre Streets.
