In this five-part series, we ask carinderia owners for their best practices. On this episode, we talk to Herencia Restaurant, located in Paoay and Laoag cities in Ilocos Norte. It is famous for Pinoy-themed pizzas that have these choices for toppings: pinakbet, bagnet, longganisa, and crispy dinuguan.
