The gold medal winner of the 1500 meter race at the Rio Paralympic has beaten the record of Olympics champion Matthew Centrowitz by more than 1.7 seconds. Abdellatif Baka of Algeria won the T13 1500m final and also set a new world record for Rio Olympics and Paralympic games.
