Bank ATMs on first day didn't dispense cash, people face inconvenience | Oneindia News

First day no show at most ATMs across the country. Banks had sent out a message stating that the ATMs would be functional from Friday onwards. However that was not to be. Several ATMs were closed or not dispensing cash as a result of which several people were put to great hardship.
