In a shocking video from Uttar Pradesh, a Union Bank official in Allahabad called a customer 'Pakistani' after which all hell broke lose. The bank closed at 4 pm, after which bank customers created ruckus outside the bank. The RBI has directed banks to open from 8 am to 8 pm.
