Zakir Naik's NGO banned for 5 years by government | Oneindia News

The Centre recently outlawed Islamic Research Foundation, the NGO promoted by controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik, after declaring it an “unlawful” organisation under an anti-terror law. The organisation has been outlawed by the Union Home Ministry for five years for activities allegedly related to terror. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Union Cabinet presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Watch video to know more.
