The Central government on Tuesday has declared one day mourning, as a mark of respect to late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. Meanwhile, Jayalalithaa will be accorded a state funeral. During this period, the National Flag will be flown at half-mast and no ceremonial functions will be organized.
