Demonetisation unconstitutional ? SC defers hearing to Jan | Oneindia News

The Supreme Court on Friday framed questions for adjudication to decide on whether demonetisation was unconstitutional or not. The SC said that the matter would take time to adjudicate and hence decided to post the matter in January. The court added that it could place the matter before a 5-judge Bench.
